Annual total remuneration ratio

The annual total remuneration ratio is 41 in 2024 (2023: 22). Compared to last year, the calculation methodology has been refined this year. Last year, the annual salary and bonuses (if targets were achieved) were used for the annual remuneration. This year, however, all components of the total compensation ratio were used in detail in close cooperation with the legal entities. The number includes the total remuneration before taxes and including boni. It reflects the remuneration paid in the respective financial year.
