External evaluation

In accordance with C-Rule 62 of the ACCG, Lenzing must arrange for an external institution to evaluate its compliance with the code’s C-Rules on a regular basis, albeit at least every three years. Lenzing commissioned PwC Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft to evaluate its Group Corporate Governance Report for 2025. The evaluation did not lead to any findings.
