Annual total remuneration ratio

The annual total remuneration ratio is 58.20 in 2025 (2024: 51.87 – this is the adjusted value from 2024). All components of the total compensation ratio were used in detail in close cooperation with the legal entities. The number includes the total remuneration before taxes and including boni.
